Due to the fully customized nature of each wig—made to your exact head measurements, your chosen cap construction, and your custom hand-painted color—all orders are non-refundable. Each piece is created specifically for you and cannot be resold. We assist you through this process through our virtual consultations and detailed measurement guidance.

You take your own head measurements at home and provide them to us online. During your virtual consultation, we can guide you through the measurement process via video chat and answer any questions. However, please note that we cannot be responsible for fit issues that result from incorrectly taken measurements. We encourage you to be as precise as possible and to reach out via email, phone, or video chat if you need clarification on any part of the measurement process.

We're here to help virtually! During your online consultation, we can walk you through each measurement step-by-step via video chat. We also provide detailed written instructions, measurement diagrams, and video tutorials. You can reach out anytime via email or phone—we want you to feel confident that you're measuring accurately before placing your order.

Yes! Our entire process is fully virtual. From consultation to ordering to delivery, everything is done online or by mail. We never require in-person visits, making it convenient for clients anywhere in the United States.

You can email us high-quality photos in natural lighting, or mail us a wig or hair sample with your desired color. Our expert colorists are skilled at color matching from photos and samples. We may request additional photos from different angles or in different lighting to ensure the most accurate match possible.
With proper care, a high-quality custom wig made with European texture hair can last 1-3 years or longer. Daily wear wigs typically last 12-18 months, while occasional wear pieces can last several years. We provide detailed care instructions to maximize longevity.
Absolutely! We encourage you to email inspiration photos or mail us a wig with the color you love. Our colorists will hand-paint a custom color that matches your reference as closely as possible. Photos of yourself, celebrities, or hair color you admire are all helpful.

Custom wig pricing varies based on length, cap construction, and complexity. We work hard to keep our prices as low as possible by keeping our business small and our overhead low. Prices typically range from $1,500 to $3,500 based on length, cap construction and color complexity. Schedule a consultation for a personalized quote.

50% double drawn provides a low density even look that isn't dense on top and thin at the ends like single drawn, nor is it overly thick like 100% double drawn. The balance mimics a natural head of hair.
Low density creates the most natural, realistic appearance because real human hair isn't as thick as many commercial wigs. It allows the wig to lay flatter against your head, move more naturally, and avoids the "wiggy" look of overly dense pieces. It also makes the wig lighter and more comfortable to wear.
Despite our best efforts with inspiration pictures, achieving an exact color match can rarely be guaranteed. It's important to manage your expectations with color and be open to a color in the same immediate family as your inspiration photos. Variations can occur due to the hand-painted nature of the process, differences in lighting, and screen color variations. We'll work with you during the virtual consultation to set realistic expectations and can send you digital color samples when possible. We offer one color fix with a small fee of $25 plus the cost of shipping if you need a tweak to your color. This request must be made within 7 days of receiving the wig. This allows us to make minor adjustments to better match your desired shade.
No, there is a $75 consultation fee. However, this fee is fully deducted from the cost of your wig if you decide to purchase. This allows us to provide you with dedicated time and personalized guidance while ensuring serious inquiries.
We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location. All wigs are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We hope to offer international shipping in the near future—check back with us or join our mailing list for updates!
Not at this time, but we're working on it! We currently only ship within the United States. International shipping is something we hope to offer in the near future.
