Due to the fully customized nature of each wig—made to your exact head measurements, your chosen cap construction, and your custom hand-painted color—all Custom orders are non-refundable. Each piece is created specifically for you and cannot be resold. We assist you through this process through our virtual consultations and detailed measurement guidance.

There is a 3-day return/exchange policy for Ready-to-Ship wigs only purchased from www.locksofconfidence.com provided the items are in new, unused and unaltered condition. Lace fronts must be intact. Colour and cut must be in original selling condition.

Any ready-to-ship orders purchased with Afterpay are non-refundable and FINAL SALE.

The 3-day return policy begins when your item is received from the shipping carrier. Locks of Confidence uses a tracking system for all items shipped.

The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to Locks of Confidence.

A Locks of Confidence representative will be in contact with you once the item is received and inspected to process the return/exchange.

Refunds/Exchanges are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving. It can take up to 7 business days to see the credit show up on your account once the return/exchange is processed.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

All returned orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

If an order is sent to customer but the customer does not take possession of the order or the order is returned to sender (Locks of Confidence), the 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund once the shipment is returned to us in original condition.

Locks of Confidence assumes no responsibility for any returned item lost during return transit if the package was not properly insured and/or incorrectly addressed and labeled by the sender.

Locks of Confidence shall be the sole arbiter to determine if a wig has been altered in any way from its original condition and if it is returnable.

Refunds

Once approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
